What I do
Nurturing the nurturer
Eight hours of dedicated care so you can find the deep, restorative sleep your body craves. I handle the feedings, the soothing, and the laundry while you drift off.
Warm stews, healing teas, and easy-to-grab snacks designed for postpartum recovery. I leave your kitchen cleaner than I found it and your fridge full of love.
Gentle transition support for the whole family. Hands-on newborn care while helping older siblings feel seen and celebrated in their new roles.
During the day
When I visit for daytime care, here is some of what fills our hours together — every visit is shaped around what your family needs most.
- Holding and soothing your baby so you can nap, shower, or simply breathe
- Feeding support — breastfeeding help, bottle prep, and paced feeding
- Folding tiny laundry and keeping the nursery tidy
- Preparing nourishing lunches and snacks for your recovery
- Gentle newborn care: diapering, bathing, and sweet snuggles
- Caring for both parents — comfort, encouragement, and a moment to be looked after
- Teaching you both gentle newborn care, so you feel confident on your own
- A listening ear and reassurance for whatever the day brought
- Tending to the mother — warm meals, quiet encouragement, and care that centers you
- Watching over your baby while you rest, so you never worry for a moment
The investment

4 weeks of daytime support
3 nights per week — minimum hours price
Single overnight shifts, as available
Hourly daytime visits, 4-hour minimum
3 days per week — minimum hours price
All engagements include a custom care plan and text support between visits.
